i) Report on meeting held to look at traffic calming measures for forthcoming road resurfacing planned by the highway authority for delivery in May/ June 2025 and agree way forward.
ii) Recommendations from lengthsman tender working group, appointment of lengthsman for 2025-26 and agree way forward.
iii) Lengthsman programme 2025-26: Review proposed annual maintenance plan, contract for 2025-26 scheme and agree way forward.
