8. PLANNING
8.1 262183 Steventon, Kingsland, HR6 9QW – Alterations to windows, external doors and installation of solar PV panels on the south roof pitch.

8.2 262071 Tengmalms, 3 Three Owls, North Road, Kingsland, HR6 9RZ – Conservatory.

8.3 262411 The Rectory, Kingsland, HR6 9QW – TREE 8 – LABURNUM – MORIBUND TREE DENSE IVY – FELL. TREE 34 – BEECH – RECENT BRANCH FAILURE, LARGE TEAR WOUND WITH EXTENSIVE DECAY COLUMN, OCCLUDED PRUNING WOUNDS IN MAIN STEM – REDUCE TREE TO STOCK (10M OR 12M HIGH) TO REMOVE THE RISK OF FURTHER FAILURE. TREE 36 – NORWAY MAPLE – TWIN STEMMED, EXTENSIVE DECAY COLUMN, BOTH STEMS LIABLE TO SNAP OUT- FELL.

8.4 262512 Harbour House, Kingsland, HR6 9SE – G1 – line of overgrown hedgerow trees – the trees have been cut on one side due to presence of a power line, there is now an increased risk of them falling on to the road as they are heavily weighted on that side. The works would reduce the trees to approx 1.5m.

8.5 262589 Yew Trees, North Road, Kingsland, HR6 9RU – G1 – Portugese Laurel – fell overgrown shrubs to ground level.

8.6 262601 Old House, Kingsland, HR6 9QS – T1 – Acacia – fell tree as pushing out boundary wall.

8.7 Planning Decision(s)/ enforcement by Herefordshire Council – update.

9. Report and recommendations from WELSH WATER WORKING GROUP

10. Consider report and recommendations for siting of new HIGHWAY MIRROR on private land near the crossroads by the shop.

11. HIGHWAYS/ LENGTHSMAN SCHEME
(i) Lengthsman Coordinator Report and agree next steps.
(ii) Variation of lengthsman contract: Consider variation to lengthsman contract to include drainage works.
(iii) Drainage grant: Consider topping up the grant in order to undertake all ditching work as set out in the grant application and agree next steps.

12. FOOTPATHS – Report and receipts for PROW maintenance in the parish.

13. PARKING – Consider report on the extent of the maintained highway on the road to St Michael’s, which is used for parking to access village amenities, and agree way forward.

14. NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Report on expressions of interest in continued participation in an NDP working group and agree way forward.

15. POLICING MATTERS
15.1 Policing Community Charter: To review local priorities proposed by the Safer Neighbourhood Team, West Mercia Police and agree next steps.
15.2 Parish Council Survey: Annual Survey by the Police and Crime Commissioner.

16. EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY POLICY – To consider policy proposed for adoption by the parish council.

17. SPEED INDICATOR DEVICES – Review grant application in support of the purchase of two Speed Indicator Devices and agree next steps.

18. PRIVATE WATER SUPPLIES – Consider whether or not to have a parish council policy in support of sustainable private water supplies and agree way forward.

19. DEFIBRILLATOR – Request to host bleed control kit in the defibrillator cabinet.
