7.1 261591 Tudor House, Kingsland, HR6 9RZ – Small Leylandii (1) to be removed; tree is heavily leaning over neighbour’s property. Fell completely.
7.2 260322 Lilac Cottage, North Road, Kingsland, HR6 9RU – Removal of existing lean-to and construction of two storey extension. Re-consultation.
7.3 Planning Decision(s) by Herefordshire Council – update.

9. SPEED INDICATOR DEVICES (SIDs) – Proposal to acquire SIDs for deployment by the parish council and agree way forward.
10. PARKING – Consider option(s) for resurfacing of non-adopted/ private area in front of bungalows by St Michaels, which is currently used for parking to access village amenities, and agree way forward.
11. Report on use of s106 FUNDS in 2025 that were held by Herefordshire Council for highway improvements and agree next steps.
12. HIGHWAYS/ LENGTHSMAN SCHEME

15. SANDBAGS – Consider quotation for 1-2 pallets of sandbags including delivery and agree way forward.
16. MEMBER DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – Consider guidance and advice from Herefordshire Council and HALC concerning the posting of member declarations online and agree way forward.
