8.2 240535 Stocking Barn Farm, Becknell Lane, Lucton, HR6 9PX – Retrospective application for a small field shelter and change of use for a dog exercising field.

8.5 Consider proposal to request a tree preservation order on a walnut tree

13. SMARTWATER INITIATIVE – To consider whether to proceed with a scheme for Kingsland parish.

14. NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Update on preparations for the annual parish meeting and agree way forward.

15. SEWAGE SPILLS INTO LOCAL RIVERS – Consider options to address frequency of water spills into local rivers in the parish reported by the water authority and agree next steps.

18. CORONATION HALL – Consider fund raising appeal for a new drainage system.
