8.1 241752 Showers Cottage, Kingsland, HR6 9SF – Proposed works to T1 – Western Red Cedar – to be crowned raised 5 metres from ground level – to remove growth away from garage plot, and to let light into that part of the garden once the building has been completed. T2 – Sycamore Tree – to be crown raised 5 metres from ground level – to remove branches/growth away from garage plot and to let light into that part of the garden once the building has been completed.
8.2 241793 The Old Forge, Kingsland, HR6 9QS – T1 – Sycamore – crown raise, thin and reduce branches over house.
8.3 Planning Decisions by Herefordshire Council – update.
9. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN – Consider report and recommendations from the working group and agree way forward.
10. BIKE SHED AT CORONATION HALL – To consider quotations for installation of the conditioned bike shed and cycle rack and agree way forward
11. FOOTPATHS
11.1 Report and any receipts for PROW maintenance in the parish and agree way forward.
11.2 Proposal to print the network of PROWs in the parish for members of the public (eg. distribution via the mini-library) – To consider cost, print run and way forward.

12.1 Tender process: Report and agree way forward.
12.2 Report on lengthsman activity and agree way forward.
12.3 Highway matters to bring to the attention of the highway authority.
