9.1 241222 Longmoor House, Shirlheath, HR6 9RG – Remove a 5m section of hedge and build two pillars for gates (as per existing entrance), to create an access point into the garden from the road (Street Lane) to park my touring caravan.
9.2 241450 Stoneleigh, Kingsland, HR6 9QS – Change of use of part of an existing dwelling in order to operate a bed and breakfast business.
9.3 241416 Fairfield Cottage, Kingsland, HR6 9QT – Proposed trees works for (1) Japanese Maple and (2) Wild Cherry. The Japanese Maple is approximately 60 feet high, overhanging the footpath and neighbour’s (Argyll) garden; the Wild Cherry, approximately 45 feet high, overhangs the footpath and the garage. Reduce both by 20% as recommended by tree surgeon.
9.4 Planning Decisions by Herefordshire Council – update.
