233718 Mortimers Cross Inn, Mortimers Cross, HR6 9PD – Change of use of public house to cafe and shop, including internal alterations, and changes including the formation of 5 self contained apartments and auxiliary works. (Part Retrospective).
240033 Mistletoe Cottage, Kingsland, HR6 9QS – Cherry Tree – T2 Remove tree to ground level to provide sufficient clearance to adjacent property and outbuildings. The integrity of the Cherry Tree has been compromised, the main limbs are rotting from within and the tree is overhanging the neighbour’s (No.2 The Laurels) greenhouse and sheds.
240187 1 Church Green, Kingsland, HR6 9AW – Cherry tree that has outgrown its location having been planted as a mature tree at the time the house was built. It is too close the property, 3m. The branches are house height and block light to upstairs window. The substantial roots are protruding above ground level and starting to lift paving near house and drive. When removed something more suitable will be planted further from the house.
