8.1 240735 Land at Upper Brook Bridge Farm, Kingsland, HR6 9QA – Proposed erection of five high-quality and energy-efficient dwellings in lieu of Class Q permission 223500/PA4 to include the demolition of all existing structures on site, which include 3 no. turkey sheds, an agricultural store and separate office building together with feed bins and gas tanks.
8.2 240829 New House Farm, Hereford Lane, Kingsland, HR6 9QD – Erection of a replacement dwelling and outbuilding and the carrying out of associated works.
8.3 241109 1 Mortimer Meadow, Kingsland, HR6 9TE – Large Copper Beech – fell to ground level, the Beech was applied under initial planning to be felled and accepted, but was not felled at the time of building. Subsequently the garages have been build around the tree. within close proximity to the footings and is now encroaching on the house in front. The tree normally would take well to reduction but in this case I think the reduction would create a tree in poor form with the volume that needs to come off to stop encroachment.
6. LOCAL PLAN CONSULTATION – Consider response to the consultation (Regulation 18) by Herefordshire Council and agree way forward.
7. ROAD NAME SIGNS – Update on community commissioning of St Michael’s Avenue sign and agree way forward.
8. COMMUNITY POLICING CHARTER – Review and update policing charter with West Mercia Police.
9. SMARTWATER INITIATIVE – To consider whether to proceed with a scheme for Kingsland parish.
