201470 3 Lugg Green Cottages, Kingsland, HR6 9SW – Proposed extension to existing cottage. Consider amended plans or documents.
203420 Little Holgate, Kingsland, HR6 9QS – Proposed works to Beech Tree – Crown raising by approximately 3m and lowering by approximately 3m due to trees size in residential area, proximity Little Holgate and to B4360 road.
203785 Northfield, North Road, Kingsland, HR6 9RZ – Propose to fell Conifer (C1) for a number of reasons: (1) the tree is interfering with the Magnolia (M1) which is an ornamental tree|(2) the tree adds no amenity or aesthetic value to the local area (3) the tree shades the remainder of the flower bed and affects flowers and small fruit trees. We intend to replant with two ornamental trees e.g Viburnum, Ceanothus.
