8. PLANNING
8.1 242886 Broomy Hill Gardens, Cobnash, Kingsland, HR6 9QZ – Replacement dwelling, demolition of outbuildings and creation of new pond.

8.2 243292 Holgate Cottage, Kingsland, HR6 9QS – Proposed adaptation and extension of an existing cottage dwelling and associated vehicle parking.

8.3 243217 Hill Croft, North Road, Kingsland, HR6 9RX – Proposed car port within forecourt of property.

8.4 250137 Bryn Y Coed, 4 Highfield Close, Kingsland, HR6 9RS – T1 – Large Oak situated in rear garden, reduce large side stem extending towards property to the south by one third by reducing in length by 2 metres to approximately 12 metres by thinning and shortening outer canopy, reducing weight but maintaining flowing branch line and pleasing appearance. Two low medium sized branches extending towards property, remove back to the main parent junction. Remove major dead wood from throughout crown and check upper canopy for any broken or fractured branches. Reason – encroaching on property.

8.5 242743 Land adjacent to B4360 Cobnash – The erection of three dwellings and associated work on land at Cobnash, together with a replacement septic system at Southend. To consider additional information posted on the planning portal.

8.6 Planning Decisions by Herefordshire Council – update.

9. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN – Consider report and recommendations from the working group and agree way forward.

10. PLAYGROUND AT CORONATION HALL – Review wording for plaque to thank sponsors of the playground for their support and agree next steps.

11. FOOTPATHS
Report and any receipts for PROW maintenance in the parish and agree way forward.

12. HIGHWAYS/ LENGTHSMAN SCHEME
12.1 Report on lengthsman activity.
12.2 Verge cutting season 2025: Options to encourage biodiversity on parish verges.
12.3 Update on tender process for 2025-26 and agree way forward.

15. NOTICEBOARD ON SCHOOL WALL, LONGFORD – Consider options to improve, renovate or replace the noticeboard located on the external wall of the school.

16. NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Implications of the new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) for the Local Plan and NDP and agree next steps.
