200995 Barns at Kingsland South of Longford – Proposed conversion of three agricultural buildings to form two dwellings and garaging with associated landscaping and infrastructure. 201033 The Old Cider Mill, Kingsland, HR6 9SE – T1 – leylandii hedge – remove hedge as it is in poor condition.

200798 Lendor, North Road, Kingsland, HR6 9RU – Replace various double glazing windows, and front door. Replace the current roof covering to improve its insulation on both the main roof and mono pitch roof to the front of the property. On the front mono pitch roof to the front add 1 roof light. Replace fascia’s, soffits and gutters.

  1. Consider request from St Michaels to support NATIONAL HERITAGE LOTTERY FUND application
  1. FASTERSHIRE ‘KEEP CONNECTED’ GRANT – Review and agree next steps
  1. Consider GRANT APPLICATION TO POLICE AND CRIME COMMISSIONER on behalf of community groups which may need to purchase small items such as appropriate PPE (masks, gloves), ID badges, stationery etc.
  1. WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY – Commission contractor to update website to be compliant with guidelines by September 2020
  1. RURAL SERVICES DELIVERY GRANT SCHEME
  2. Review and consider update to the Clerk’s DELEGATED POWERS:
  1. Delegated powers to spend up to £1,000 between meetings when unforeseen circumstances occur;
  1. Delegated powers to spend against specific items in the annual budget e.g. for environmental maintenance, hall hire, clerk’s salary, as identified in the budget when setting the precept; and
  1. Delegated powers to comment on planning applications between meetings when unforeseen circumstances occur.

All actions implemented under delegated powers must be undertaken in consultation with the Chairman or Vice Chairman, or other councillor and be reported and recorded in the minutes of the next parish council meeting.
